Report by the Trustees of The RJF Charitable Trust – 2024

The Purposes of the charity

The purpose of the charity is to promote the advancement of religion in this country and worldwide through the teaching of the Christian Doctrine of Christ Crucified.

The advancement of community development and the relief of those in need through working with Christian missionaries.

Activities throughout the year

During this year the charity has concentrated on promoting the Gospel throughout various European countries. The volunteers continue to travel throughout Europe distributing leaflets provided information on the Gospel and how to become a Christian.

The Charity has also donated funds to a local church organisation for their continued work in spreading the news of the Gospel.

Benefit to the beneficiaries

The charity has been able to get leaflets translated and printed into a variety of languages for use throughout Europe. The volunteers have travelled to these countries and distributed the leaflets and talked directly to people to explain the purpose of the charity.

The volunteers travelling to Europe have benefitted from the use of the vehicle and accommodation but this is purely incidental to the purposes of their work while in these countries.

In setting our objectives and planning our activities for the year the trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland’s guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activities have helped achieve the charity’s purposes and provide a benefit to the beneficiaries.
