Shelagh Youth Club is a voluntary organisation located 2 miles from Cr05smag1e￿ that has been
involved in delivering recreational services to the cbildr¢n and young people of the greater Shelagh
Area Since 1980
The club is governed by a constitution which bas been 8ubmitt¢d with this
The Club is entirely on a voluntary basis. The current trustees b4ve been ¢arrying on the committee
work of the organisation since October 2015 in a 'care tak¢r' Ca￿¢Ity. Th¢ current trustees have been
in place for a periods ranging from 4-8 years and for this reason it wa$ felt that a completely new
committee would be required to engage in the active work of organi5ing and delivering services tn line
with the clubs public benefit objectives. The trustees will retnain in place until such time as a new
cOm￿ittee be identified and will support the orderly and phased handover of duties to this new
committee. Th¢ work of getting a new committee in place is active as of Octob¢r 2017.
The Club is in a healthy financial state with a sterling a¢¢oLmt balatsce of £2869 and e10135 ￿ ibe 31°
December2016.
