Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner As the charity'5 trustee of South and East Tyrone Welfare Support (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. Having satisfied myself that the accounts of Souih and East Tyrone Welfare Support are not required to be audited under section 65 of Charities Act (Northern) Ireland 2008 and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to:_ examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charities Act to follow the procedur¢s laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act to state whether particular matters have come to my attention Basis of Independent Examiners, Report I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b} of the Charities Act. An examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual iteTns or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking expalnations from the t]ustees Concerning any such matters..
