All Invoices in 2023 were paid when received and in full.
The security and safeguarding of all monie5 are important to the Trustees and all money is counted and
taken to the bank under dual control.

Management:
The Finances are managed by the Treasurer who reports back to the Trustees at Finance and Vestry
Meetings on a monthly basis or in between if necessary.
Vestry members are elected each year at the Easter Vestry.
Purpose:
The principal function of the Parish is to support the advancement of the Christian Religion by
promoting through the work of the Parish, the whole mission of the Church, Pastoral, Social and
Ecumenical.
All the functions of the Parish relate to the advancement of Religion through holding regular worship
and communicating with and caring for parishioners of all age5 especially the sick and elderly and others
in our community. The Parish has custody of many historical items. The maintenance of the various
buildings is undertaken as a second charitable purpose, £20794.95 was spent on the upkeep of all the
properties in 2023.
Publlc Benefit
The charity trustees have complied with their duties in line with the Commission's Public Benefit
statutory guidance. Regular worship and reaching out into the community as well as other activitles
both social and fund raising have been carried out through the year to fulfill our statement of Public
Benefit.
A Defibrillator has been purchased by the Parish In 2023 for emergency use if so needed.
Money has been raised for Christian Aid, for the disadvantaged worldwide.
The hall is used regularly by other organisations for the good of the youth of the communitv,
