The Trustees of the project present their report and the financial statements of Glenavy Youth Project for the year ending March 2024

The following were trustees of the project during the year;

**Vice-Chairperson -** Mr JM Porter **Secretary -** Position Vacant _(Secrertariat duties performed by Laura Close as required)_ **Treasurer -** Position Vacant ( _J Largey & JM Porter splitting duties as required_ ) 

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The Trustees are required to prepare the financial statements for each financial year, which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the project, and of the deficit of the project for that year. 

In preparing these financial statements the Trustees are required to; 

- Select suitable accoun�ng policies and then apply them consistently 

- Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent
