Our Local Community/ Public benefits:

We aim people in all walks of life to live out their faith as part of our Church community through:

  1. Holding Church services and public meetings for Praise, Worship, Bible teaching, Prayer, Healing and Fellowship.

The regular Fellowship that involves worship, Prayer and Biblical teaching has given the Church an opportunity to discover and develop the individual gifts and talents and encouraged members involvement in the church.

Every Sunday, we start with a fellowship welcoming of the visitors and getting to know them. Then our Prayer Team have their close door Prayer while the Church. Service starts. Our Worship Team leads the Worship.

Prayer is offered by the Pastor (or other church leaders in the absence of the Pastor) that includes Prayer for the church, people and other special concerns or request from the members then followed by the Teaching or Preaching of the Gospel.

At times our Church service format is changed depending on the occasions that arise, for example for the Mother's Day Sunday Celebration, we recognise all the mothers and prepare something special for them before, during or after service as a surprise.

Quarterly, we aim to invite speakers from other church to encourage us.

We also aim to invite speakers during special occasions (Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Valentines Day or Heart’s Day, Church Anniversary, and other special events).

We have our monthly overnight Prayer lead by our Intercessory team leader and in supervision of our Senior Pastor (Pastor Benjie Quilario).

Annual 21 Days Prayer and Fasting Session. Which is usually starts at the beginning of every year. Weekly Music Team Practice, teaching & workshop (usually every Saturday) is led by the Music Director.

We have our regular midweek prayer meetings led by our Intercessory Prayer Team. We also have our overnight quarterly prayer in church in collaboration of the Creative team and Intercessory team.

  1. Providing activities (indoor/outdoor), education and teaching for children, teens, young adults and adults for their Spiritual and Personal Development.

We have committed Sunday School Teachers to provide Biblical Teachings and developed the children's social skills and help them be effective and productive in the society where they live. We have regular kids Sunday school. We managed to have updates for our Child Protection training.

We managed to organise a whole week Daily Holiday Bible School for the children with indoor/outdoor activities.

  1. Providing other facilities in the interests of social welfare which are in sympathy with the other aims and objects of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended and who have need of such facilities by virtue of their youth, age, infirmity, poverty or social and economic circumstances.

We continually offer our children hall and our kitchen for birthdays or other special occasions for our church members & their significant others. Last year, we were able to host the Intercultural night event in Church.

  1. The recording of audio and audio-visual material and production and distribution of Christian literature and audio and audio-visual material. We utilise some special productions for special occasions. Sometimes the audio-visual materials are used to assist in some performances or presentations or teachings.

Other times, the structured teaching materials either by books, audio or audio visuals are handed out for individual or small group Bible teachings.

We also participate in distributing Christian literatures for our evangelism. We also provide church leaflets for the events of the church or other activities. Other times we create videos for encouragement to people to participate in Church. Our Media Team creates regular updates every Sunday.

5. The support and encouragement of Christians at home and overseas.

Reaching out to others in need , since most of the church members are with long distance direct family members. We extend small gift to support parents or children that are hospitalized in the Philippines. Sometimes we also extend some Pastoral care and gift for those who are grieving. We also extend support to families undergoing social issues. We also helped those who experienced calamity in the Philippine through the Christian Churches we are connected. Within our community here, we help and support those who need help in moving houses. We also reached out to those in need by way of Pastoral visits to Hospitals and Nursing Homes even those members who are unable to attend Church regularly. We also take time to visit and support our elderly members by taking them out for a meal or giving them time to, spend a day out or treating them on their Special days.

  1. Other activities incidental or conducive to the attainment and advancement of the said Objectives.

Provision of Pastoral care to those in the Church. We divided the areas of outreach through Link Groups. The Leaders and Assistant Leaders of each Link group are responsible to assist our Senior Pastor and his wife in supporting the Church members and encourage them.

Our Senior Pastor and his wife support the Pastoral needs of the Church by taking responsibility over in the events of the absence of the other Church Leaders. They oversee the affairs of the Church and this has gained more support and encouragement from the Leaders and even members of the Church.

Our women also had their prayer group and fellowship that supports other women in Church. Since our Youth have been divided into Young Adults ages 18-35, and teenagers, from 12-17. Our teens are called ‘JGENES’ and they are led by one of our Young Adults. But both youth groups are supervised by our Senior Pastor and his wife.

Retreat was organised by our Creative Team Director - lead by the Senior Pastor’s wife and supervised by our Senior Pastor.

7. Supporting the training and discipleship here and overseas.

The church aims to equip all members to finish Discipleship Training so they can also be nurtured and equipped to be training others. Our Senior Pastor’s wife, enrolled for Leadership School online. Regular Church Leaders training has been an avenue to help the Church leaders be equipped.

  1. Such other charitable acts and things as will (or will tend to) promote or encourage the Christian faith.

Mission and Evangelism - The dimension of our Mission is focus. JGC commits itself to intercessory prayers, development of servant-leaders, and compassionate-holistic approach to community service and outreach Mission extension through Parachurches and qualified Evangelical Churches in the Philippines. We would like others to discover what Jesus is like through what they see in us and on what we say and do. As a Church, we believe that God would have us pursue, by His Spirit and through His grace, that same ministry as the Lord Jesus Christ announced for Himself (Luke 4:18-19).

We are continuing to support our mission connections like Compassion UK, where we support two Children in their Education while pursuing their family to know Jesus as well.

We endeavour to support financially or materially other Churches, individuals or groups who are in same vision and mission in pursuant to our objectives either here or abroad. A basketball tournament was organised by the Senior Pastor - Ptr. Benjie Quilario at Newry to evangelise and reach out to men from Kilkeel and Newry that has brought 70 participants in total. Last 29 June 2025, Jesus Generation Church opened a new Church group in Newry. Which is thriving well. Our Senior Pastor continued his involvement with the Intercultural Ministry.

We also accept invitations from other Churches, either being a guest speaker or just support them financially, in manpower, in equipment or in other ways we can. We utilise our on-line account on social media to promote and help people discover and can be a platform to be an encouragement to those who long for a Church.

Our Spiritual Development and Fellowship.

We have our Annual Strategic Team Meeting. Each Ministry Department are given the chance to incorporate their Annual Plan to the Church Annual Activities.

This planned program is formulated in the basis of the needs of the Church. But we also foresee incidental events that are anticipated by our Core Leaders.
