Rosemary thanks all for coming and announces that she has asked the Kilmorey for the function room for the annual coffee morning. They said yes but at a cost of £120

Anne- asks about milk
Gareth- tells each person to bring 4x2lts
Rosemary-explains that we need more help as not enough helpers last year
Anne and Eileen- say they will ask their friend
Rosemary -said she will ask he nieces and that she will get the prizes for the raffle and order 1200 tickets
Rosemary- explain she will be in contact with each person nearer the time and that she will divide the tickets out

Topic to discuss fundraising for the coming year
Agreed that we will put in for a request for a street collection, bag pack in Asda and the annual coffee morning -date to be confirmed
Eileen and Anne continue to visit on a weekly basis to the home
Rosemary also confirms that she takes the birthday gifts up and visits twice weekly in the home
