Amagh and its environs without distinction of age ,sex ,race, political, religious or other opinion, by associating with the statutory authorities , voluntary organisations, and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the protection of health and for recreation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said inhabitants and of promoting the Christian faith among them.
