## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** 

## **Principal activities** 

2.1 To bring parents together to connect and encourage a stronger parent community. We meet during the year to plan fund-raising events and raise money for extra curricular needs such as resources , play equipment and also to help fund running of events. These activities help the well - being of students of the school. It also helps aims to bring parents together at these events and gives them the opportunity to voice their opinions. 

2.2 To promote the advancement of public education and the advancement of community development particularly but not exclusively by: 

(a) Direct feedback from students via surveys, focus groups and through the school council. (b) Evidence of ongoing communication from the group with pupils, their families and the local community. 

## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** 

## Reserves policy 

The organisation's policy is to retain a level of free reserves, which matches the needs of the organisation both at the current time and in the foreseeable future. The organization will continue to monitor compliance with this policy on a regular basis and the Board will review the appropriateness of the policy annually.
