## **Crawfordsburn Primary School PTA Charity Number 101177 Year ended 2 October 2025 Annual Report** 

Our PTA is made up of parents and staff from Crawfordsburn Primary School. 

We raise money to directly benefit our pupils and aid the teaching staff in delivering the curriculum. 

## **Fundraising activities in current period** 

- Autumn raffled of items provide by local businesses / parents 

- Facilitated Christmas gifts with printed designs by pupils 

- Held a Valentine’s Disco 

- Silver Smarties fundraiser 

- Produced tea towels with pupil’s self-portraits 

- Held a Spring Fair 

- Entered two teams in the Belfast Marathon 

- Sold refreshments at the school Sports’ Day 

## **Utilisation of funds raised in current periods** 

- Provided books for pupils in P1-P3 at Christmas 

- Provided selection boxes for pupils in P4-7 at Christmas 

- Purchased a Twinkl subscription for teachers to use 

- • Purchased a PA System 

- Provided World Book Day prizes and Accelerated Reader prizes 

- Purchased wireless adaptors for interactive whiteboards 

- Purchased a new doll’s house for P1 

- Funded small items (stickers, certificates) on teacher wishlists 

- Funded an ice-cream van at the summer picnic for pupils 

We believe the PTA events and money raised have a positive impact on the whole school community.
