Annual Report from Crawfordsburn Primary School PTA 2022-23
October 2022 – September 2023
Our PTA is made up of parents and staff from Crawfordsburn Primary School. We raise money to directly benefit our pupils and aid the teaching staff to deliver the curriculum. We involve the children in many of our activities, providing events they can participate alone in, or with their parents.
This year we:

Held a very successful Autumn Fair with pumpkin carving, barbeque and games.

Had a Christmas Movie afternoon with popcorn and juice.

Christmas Jumper Day

A ‘Spring Hop’ disco was organised in March.

Easter Bonnet and Easter Decorating

Ran an end of year BBQ and Treasure Hunt
With the funds raised from these ventures, we managed to:

Pay for resources for teachers

Contribute to the cost of the School Production

Purchase Accelerated Reader Books
We feel the PTA events, and subsequent profit, have a positive impact on all the school
community. We work as a team and it promotes our sense of belonging together, and
benefitting the school community.
