Sharing Fair was forn￿lIy established in Northern Ireland on 29 January 2009
following application for it to be rewgni7£d by HMRC &8 a clwity under the
provisions of the Income and CorpK)ratioD T&xes Act 1988. Its inception and
development had been motivated by a desire to engage in internatioDal initiative to
support women. ￿1$. children and infants. and their families, living in extremely
difficult and imwjverished circumstances within developing countries.

Financial Review
The Trustees have a proCcth￿ in place to review the accounts annually. The accounts
for the year to 31 Decemkn 2025 show a positive balance of £ 20.240.98 (Sterling
Account) and Euro Account É 14.612.53 (£ 12.752 equivalent).
The current financial position of Sharing Fair is in a pK)sition of being able to meet its
commiljnents.
The Trustees ¢onfirn] that no harm bas flowed from the achievement of the purwjs
benefits or outcomes ￿ocIated with the activities undertaken by Sharing Fair nor has
any private benefit aCen￿ to the Tr￿￿tees or memF*rs of Sharing Fair by reason of
its activities.

but are satisfied that under current arrangements this is set at a very low level.

Shepherd in are&q of benefit with whom close contact is maintsined. A forn]al risk
