Achievements and Performance

Mourneview & Grey Estates Community Association secured funding from different sources to meet the needs of the local people, including Housing Executive and ABC Council Grants. The funding enabled the group to maintain the community house and run various programmes/events i.e. fun days, coffee mornings, Summer/Christmas events, and craft group, which has helped tackle social isolation within Mourneview & Grey Estates and surrounding areas. The funding also helped continue the development of the Community Garden, which has served as an intergenerational project, helping people from the community with mental health problems.
