Independent examiner's report to the trustees of The Old Presbyterlan Church Templepatrick I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 December 2023. As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (the Charities Act) l am qualified to undertake the examination by being a qualified member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland. It is my responsibility to examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65{9llb) of the Charities Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 state whether particular matters have come to my attention. My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65of the Charities Act INI) 2008. My examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the church and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual item5 or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. In connection with my examination. no matter has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to believe that accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act 2008 and section 44111{a) of the 2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Accounts Regulations the accounts do not reflect the accounting period they accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act that there is further information required for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached Name: Judith Graham Relevant professional qualifi "on or body..
