Ballymoney & District Community Playgroup NIC 101147
I report on the accounts of the playgroup for the year ended 31" March 2024 which are set
out on pages 1- 3.
As the charity trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the Charities Act (Nl) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act and follow the
procedures laid down
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.
I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred and In accordance with the general
directtons under sectfon 65 of the Charities Art,
I have reviewed the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. This also included consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations trom you as charity trustees
concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention such as:
That the accounting records were not kept in accordance with the settion 63 of the
Charities Att.
That the accounts do not accord wlth those accounting records
That the accounts fo not comply with the accounting requirernents of the Charities
Act.
That there is further information needed for a proper understsnding of the accounts
to be reached.
I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respett of the matters a-d listed
above and in connection with following the direttions of the Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that require drawing to your attention.
