Examine the accounts under 65 of the Charities Act
Follow the prOc£du￿$ laid down in the general Directions given by the Cornmission under section
65{9}(b) of the Chants-es Act
State whether particular matters have Gome to my attention.
Basis of Independent Examinerfs Report
I have examined your accounts as required under seCt￿n 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was carried out in a(X0rdan￿ wrth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem
Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examination inclLkled a revtew of the accounlvig records kept by the charity and a ￿)mparISOn of the
accounts presented with those records. It also included consKJeration of any unusual items or éisclosures
in Ihe accounts. and seeking explanations frorn you as charity tfustees concemiNJ any such matters.
My role is to slate whether any material matters have Come to rny attention giving me cause to telieve:
1. Thal the accounting records were nol kepl in accordance Y￿th section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wrth the accounting records.
3. That the accounts do not comply with a￿U￿ting requirements of the Charities Act
