Activities

The Society is established to advance education and promote community development for the benefit of the residents in the Carnew, Corbally, Fedney, Garvaghy and Shanrod areas (hereinafter described as 'the area of benefit'). Regardless of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion, the society will keep people socially active by the provision of recreational, educational and leisure time activities in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life and to ensure that all residents within the area of benefit maintain a healthy mind and body. The Society will provide opportunities to advance the knowledge and appreciation of the Ulster-Scots language and culture for all those that reside in the area of benefit.
