**Purposes:** 1 (i) Maintain a bank of defibrillators and ensure that they are easily available for use by the community and by doing so endeavouring to improve the lives of the people in the community.  (ii) Offer relevant defibrillator training and empower the people of the community with the ability to operate a defibrillator in an emergency situation.
