## Activities

**Purposes:** The objects of the Company shall be: (a) The advancement of education of the public, particularly but not exclusively people involved in culturally specific groups within the island of Ireland, in the purposes and methods of mediation, conciliation and reconciliation of disputes and the understanding of the nature and causes of disputes or conflicts and of all the means of managing them for the purposes of peaceful resolution in the interests of good citizenship and community relations with a view to integrating community relations principles and considerations into all aspects of the work of such culturally specific groups. (b) To advance and promote good citizenship, cultural awareness, the celebration of cultural diversity and the elimination of social exclusion and discrimination and to work for harmonious relations amongst all people in Northern Ireland.
