The trustees of Woodford Hall Armagh, present the annual report for period ending April 5", 2025.

Objectives and Activities leading to public benefit.

The principal charitable purpose of Woodford Hall is the advancement of religion and providing relief to those in disadvantage.

The trusteeship has actioned the purposes and benefits as set out by the Charities Commission NI and have sought to act in accordance with the remit of those purposes and benefits to enhance the lives of many. Worship services have been facilitated for the advancement of the Christian faith. Provision has been made via various activities by Woodford church groups including youth, by way of rally, Sunday Club, kids’ clubs, Holiday Bible Club and Teenage outreach. Outreach for local people was facilitated by way of Fit for life, Christmas Craft, Pensioners’ Christmas lunch, Carol Service etc. The assembly continues to reach out to other identified missionary needs beyond the confines of those who meet at Woodford Hall.

Going Concern

The trustees of Woodford Hall have reviewed the budgets to cover period 6" April 2025 to April 5" 2026, and are satisfied there is adequate funding in place to ensure provision of the planned activities.

Governance.

Woodford Hall continues under the governance of the trust deed as adopted; a copy having been provided to the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland upon registration.

Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities.

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the Trustees’ report and statement of receipts and payments and of assets and liabilities in accordance with current law and regulations.

The law pertaining to charities within this jurisdiction with an income of less than £250,000 per annum, requires trustees to prepare a statement of receipts and payments and a statement of assets and liabilities for each financial year. A document showing the assets of Woodford Hall will be forwarded in the next annual submission.
