Trustees' Annual Report Statement
During the financial years ending in 2024 and 2025, Lamb Community Media did not undertake any trading or charitable activities. As a result, the charity generated no operational income and incurred no expenditure relating to charitable programmes or trading during this period.
The trustees used this time to review the charity's future direction and prepare for the commencement of activities. No projects, public events, or funded programmes were delivered during the reporting period.
The trustees are pleased to confirm that the charity intends to resume operations from September 2026. Planned activities will include the development and delivery of community media and film projects, trustee meetings, organizational development, and the pursuit of funding opportunities to support the charity's charitable objectives.
The trustees confirm that, despite the absence of trading activity during the reporting period, they have continued to oversee the charity's governance and remain committed to ensuring that Lamb Community Media operates in accordance with its charitable purposes and the requirements of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
