**Purposes:** The Charity’s objects (‘the Objects’) are to:-  (a)	Advance the education of the public in aviation history, heritage and culture in Ireland by: (i)	The establishment and maintenance of an aviation museum for the collection, preservation, conservation, restoration, explanation, interpretation and display of artefact, memorabilia, maps, historical records, books, photographs and other documents; (ii)	The organisation of meetings, lectures, classes, exhibitions and other forms of education and enlightenment (b)	Promote the value of cultural activity and motivate people at local level to protect and conserve their cultural heritage (c)	Promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
