**Purposes:** The Group is established to advance education and to promote the arts and to promote the benefit of young people in the Lisburn City area and its surrounding rural environs (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") by the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation of people in the area of benefit who are in need of such facilities by reason of their youth or social or economic circumstances and in particular to: a) promote and develop the performing art of circus skills and encourage appreciation thereof for the benefit of young people in the area of benefit;
