TO THE TRUSTEES OF FAUGHANVALE COMMUNITY PROJECT LIMITED
We report to the trustees on our ex8min8tlon of the financial statements of Faughanvale Community Project
Limited (the charity) for the year ended 31 March 2023.
Responslbllltles and basls ol report
As the Irustees of the charity (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for
the preparation of the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of Ihe Companies Act 2006
(the 2006 Act).
Having satisfied ourselves Ihat the financial stalements of the charity are not required to be audited under Part
16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination. we rèport in respect Df our examination of the
charity's financial statements carried out under section 65 of the Charities Act. In carrying out our examination
we have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under
88Ction 65(9){b) of the Charities Act.

We have completed our examination. We confirm that no matters have come to our attention in connection
with the examination giving us cause lo believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kepi in respect of the charity as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act. or
the financi81 st81emenls do not accord with those records., or
th8 financial statements do not Comply wlth the accounting requlrements of s8Ction 396 of the 2006 Act
other than any requirement that the a￿OUnts give a true and fair view which Is not a matter consldered as
part of an independent examSnation', or
the financial statements have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the
Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by chariti8s applicable to charities
preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard appllcable in the UK and
Republic of Ireland IFRS 102).
We have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which
attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understandlng of the financial statements to
be reached.
