NIC101026 ust 2021 to 31rt Jul 2022 Although Covid regulations restricted ac#ivty this year, the Assc¢iation organised a very successful Christmas Santa drive thru and as restrictions lifted an Easter Disco for the pupils and a bingo event for parents. We were delighted to supwt the schcd stsff and pupils during the school show in June 2022. The monies for these events is in the safe keeping of the school petty cash account as we research a new current account to suit our needs- the use of intemet baking and debit cards for treasurer etc, The fundraising of approximately £7,0 wll be accJ)unted for in the accounts for next year along with payments lo the school for expenditures of around £700 for Parentkind membership, confimiation booklets, communion photographs. pupils parties etc. The Planned Giving Voluntary Contribution ntInued and we are very grateful to the many families and past pupils who contribute on a monthly basis (this initiative began in April 2016 in order to address the year on year tightening of the sdK)ol budget) This year, donations amounted to £17,157.50 to be used for necessary resources and staff costs.
