As the tharity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act INorthem Irelandl 2(￿.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the acc(wnts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the generdl Oirections gi¥en bythe Ccffimission under section
6519llb} of the Charilies Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinees report
I have examined your thaiity accounts as required under settion 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordante with the Eeneral Directions wen ty the CharFty CoMmiss￿n for
Northem Ireland under 5ettion 65191{bl of the Charities ACL
My examination induded a review of the a(C(￿ntIng records kept by the tharity and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It alw induded consideration of any unusual stem5 or disdosures in
the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentson giviro me cause to believe:
l. That accounting re(Drds were not kept in accordance sertion 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those arcountirvd records
3. That the accounts do not complywith the accounti￿ requirernents of the Charities Act
