**Purposes:** The Association is established to educate the general public about the care and protection of Old English Sheep Dogs in Co. Fermanagh and its environs in N Ireland, but not exclusively (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") and in particular to foster and encourage the formation of humane attitudes among people in the area of benefit towards animals, especially those which are sick or stray or in need of assistance, and to this end to provide practical assistance to such animals which are in need of such assistance.
