Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner As the charity's trustees of Raise the Roof (Nl) (and also its directors for the piirposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. Having satisfied myself that the accounts of Raise the Roof (Nl) are not required to be audited under section 65 of Charities Act (Northern) Ireland 2008 and that an independent examination is needed.
