**Purposes:** The aim of the organisation is to improve mental and physical health and promote social interaction for the women in the Toomebridge area, by providing the following services;-    a.	Organise craft classes, training courses, workshops, social outings and exhibitions. b.	Provide information and advice on health issues and financial matters by inviting professionals from the relevant agencies to address the group. c.	Encourage women to partake in physical exercise, focusing on regular walking events and other physical activities.
