As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the prepatth.on ofthe a¢￿Unts in accordance
with the Charibes Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
tt is my responsibilty to-.
- examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charibes Act
- follow the procedures laKI down in the general Directions given by the Commission under
section 65 {9llbl of the Chaitties Act
- stale whether particular matters have come to my attention

I have examined your chanty account5 as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was carried out in accordance the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northem ITeland under $￿tion 65191Ibl of the Charities Act.
My examintion included a ￿￿eW of Ihe atxounting records kept by the charity and a comparison
of the accounts presented those records. It also included Ix)nsiderats"uon of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking exp￿nat￿3nS from you as charity trustees
concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters hav8 u)me to my attention giving me cause to
believe..
1. That accounting records ￿re not kept in ac())rdance wilh section 63 of the char￿e5 Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wtth those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply wrth the accouting requirements of the Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the acLount lo be reached
