It is the responslbillty of the trustees to prepare the Annual Recelpts and Payments Account,
Balance Sheet and Trustees Report,
It is the responsiblllty of the Independent Examiner to carry out the examination in accordance with
the Directions of the Charlty Commlssion for Northern Ireland and relevant Charity Law.
I have concluded that an examinatlon is requlred under section 6513} of the Charlties Act (Northern
Ireland) 2008 and being eligible the trustees have elected to prepare a RecÉipts and Payments
Account under Section 64{3} of that act.
I have ascertained that the accountlng records malntained by the trustees is in accordance wlth
section 62 of the Charitles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008
I have examined the Receipts and Payments Account prepared by the trustees for the year ended
21, December 2023 and the Balance Sheet as of 21st December 2023 and, without performlng an
audit, certify that they are consistent with the books, vouchers, accounting records and other
information supplied to me by the trustees.
I have ascertalned that there were no conf licts of ir)terest or related party transactions durlng the
period under review nor were there any unusual items which would requlre dlsclosure In the
accounts nor any other adverse matter upon which I would be required to report to the trustees.
