It Is the responsibility of the Independent Examiner to carry out the examlnatlon In accordance with the Dlrectlons of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and relevant Charity Law. I have concluded that an examination is required under section 6513) of the Charities Act {Northern Ireland) 2008 and being eligible tho trustees have elected trj prepare a Receipts and Payments Account under Section 64{3} of that act. I have ascertalned that the accounting records malntalned by the trustees is in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 I have examined the Receipts and Payments Account prepared by the trustees for the year ended 21, December 2022 and the Balance Sheet as of 21, December 2022 and, wlthout performing an audit, certlfy that they are conslstent with the books, vouchers, accounting records and other information supplied to me by the trustees. I have ascertained that there were no conflicts of interest or related party transactlons durlng the period under review nor were there any unusual items which would require disclosure in the accounts nor any other adverse matter upon which I would be required to report to the trustees.
