t Is the responsiblllty of the trustees to prepare the Annual Receipts and Payments Account,
Balance Sheet and Trustees Report.
It Is the responsibllity of the Independent Examiner to carry out the examination in accordance with
the Directions of the Charlty Commission for Northern Ireland and relevant Charity Law.
I have concluded that an examlnatlon is required under section 6513) of the Charitles Act (Northern
Irelandl 2008 and being elig4ble the trustoes have elected to prepare a Recelpts and Payments
Account under Sectlon 6413) of that act.
I have ascertained that the accounting records malntalned by the trustees is in accordance wlth
section 63 of the Charitles Act (Northern I relandl 2008
I have examlned the Receipts and Payrnents Account prepared by the trustees for the year ended
21st December 2022 and the Balance Sheet as of 21, December 2022 and, without performlng an
audit, certlfy that they are conslstent with the books, vouchers, accounting records and other
information supplied to me by the trustees,
I have ascertained that there were no conflicts of interest or related party transactions during the
perlod under review nor were there any unusual Items which would requlre disclosure in the
accounts nor any other adverse matter upon which I would be required to report to the trustees.
