**Purposes:** For the relief of psychological distress and for the protection and preservation of the emotional and mental health among the inhabitants of the Colin neighbourhood and its surrounding environs in Greater West Belfast and Lisburn (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") by the provision of therapeutic counselling services and supportive help, workshops and training courses to those people who are in need thereof who would not otherwise be able to access such services through lack of means.
