A review of the charity's financial position at the end of the year:
In the financial year ending 31st July 2021. The Charity had income of £44,756 and an expenditure of £52,853.
There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
Hope for Ethiopia Belfast's main location of aid is Metropolitan Tabernacle Church/ School & Clinic, Kuriftu, Ethiopia.
Main Objectives:
To fees, educate and teach the Gospel to our children in Ethiopia.
To give free medical care to our children and their families in our Clinic on our Compound in Kuriftu.
Hope for Ethiopia receives its financial support each month through child sponsorship and through monthly cash donations from supporters of the work. Fundraising events are held each year to raise funds and sponsoring these funds can be supported financially through our JustGiving page.
Hope for Ethiopia raises approx £2,000/£3,000 each month which is sent over to an account in Kuriftu where that money is used for food, educational materials and medical supplies. No fundraising is needed for buildings as these were already existing on the compound many years ago.
