with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
l. Examlne the accounts under Sectlon 65 of the Charities Art
2. Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission
under section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act
3. State whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charity accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examinatlon was carrled out In accordance with the general Dlrertlons glven by the Charity
Commission for Nl under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a
comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also induded consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you a5 charity
trustee5 concernin8 any such matters.
My role Is to State whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to
believe:
l. That accountin8 record5 were not kept in accordance with Section 63 of the Charities
Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountin8 records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the Charltles Act
4. That there Is further informatlon needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to
be reached.
