The trustees have adopted the provisions of the Statement of Recommended Practice ISQRPI
"Accounting and Reporting by Charities issued in 2(NJ5 in preparing the report and financial
Statements of the Charity. They have also had regard lor any other information required by law
or the charity's governing document.
Goveming Document
Armagh Boys & Girls Club is constituted as a charity under a trust deed dated 2nd May 2006 and
is recognised by The Charity Commission lor Northern Ireland (Reference Number NIC I(X)934).
Objectives and Achievements
The aims of the Club shall be 10 5eNe young people, the local community and the District of
Armagh by providing a happy and healthy environment in which young people may meet one
another and other responsible adults, to engage in worthwhile leisure pursuits and develop a
sense of responsibility for setvice to the community. We aim lo provide a safe health environment
for the environs by providing facilities that promote the aims ol the Club. We promote rural
development and cultural awareness in the area of benefit and work with relevant organisations
and individuals to develop a strong comrnurlily infrastructure and provide support to other
organisalions and individuals who share our aims and objectives,
Achievements and Performance
We have achieved our aims and objectives by the interesi in our programme of activities. events.
recreational, and by the numbers in attendance. We were acknowledged by the Lord Mayor of
Arrnagh and District for our outstanding work within the community and the leading sport
representative organisations such as IFA, NIWFA & Mid Ulster League lor our coniribution to both
senior mens football and junior ladies football.

Financial Review
It is the policy of the charity to maintain restricted resetves which marches the needs of the trust,
both al the current time and the foreseeable future. This provides sufficient funds to cover
running costs which include management. adminisiration and support costs,
Plans for Future Periods
To continue building upon the work we have done. To provide a safe meeting place for the
community. This will enable the environs to engage in community events in education, health
and well-being, and recreational activities, We aim to promote rural development, culture and
heritage in the area of benefit, We plan to enrich, engage, educate, the beneficiaries from all
abilities and ages lo participate, encouraging social and personal development and interaction.
Responsibilities of the Trustees
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees Annual Report and the financial
statements in accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards
Iunited Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice].
Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements lor each financial year which
give a true and fair view of the slate ol affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and
application ol resources, including the income and expenditure, ol the charity for that period. In
preparing Ihese financial statements, the trustees are required to..
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently".
