It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Att follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commisslon under section 65(9){b) of the Charlties Act state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon. Basls of Independent examlnerfs report I have examined your charity accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charitles Act and my examination was carrled out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65{9)(b) of the Charitles Art. My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Included consideratlon of any unusual items or dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeklng explanatlons from you as charity trustees conceming any such matters. My role Is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to belleve: l. That accounting records were not kept In accordan￿ wlth sectlon 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accoUn￿ng records 3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accountlng requirements of the Charities Art 4.
