**Purposes:** The group is established to relieve poverty, to advance education and to promote the preservation and protection of health and in particular to provide in the Castle area and its environs in Ballymoney facilities in the interests of social welfare for the education, recreation and leisure time occupation of young people who by reason of social or economic circumstances have need of such facilities, so that their conditions of life may be improved.
