As the charity trustees land also directors of the company for the purposes of Company law) you are
responsible for the preparation OF the accounts in accordance with the requlrements of the
Companies Act 2006. Having satlsfied rnyself that the charity is not subject to audlt under company
law, and is ellgible for independent examination, it is my responsibility to . examine the accounts
under sertion 65 of the charitles ac¢ follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given
by the Charity Commission for N Ireland under sertion 65(9llb)of the Charities Act and state whether
particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examinerfs report
I have examined your charity accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination wa5 carried out in attordance with the general Directions 8iven by the Charity
Commission for N Ireland under sertion 6519llbl of the Charitie5 Act. The examination included a
review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those accounts, and seeking explanatlons from you as charity trustees concernlng and such
matters.
My role is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention giving me cause to
believe.
