TO THE TRUSTEES OF AA VETERANS SUPPORT
I report to the trustees on my examinatlon of the financial statements of AA Veterans Support (the charity) for the
yéar ended 30 June 2023.
Responslbllltles and basis of report

preparation of the financial statement5 In accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2LIJ6 (the 2006
Act}.
Having satisfied myself that the financlal staternents of the charity are not required to be audit&J under Part 16 of
the 2IYJ6 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of the charitys
financial statements carrieé out under section 65 of the Charitie5 Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. In carrying out my
examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charrty Commission under section 6519>lbl of
the 2008 ACL

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my attention in connecticn with the
examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 386 of the 2006 Act,. or
the financial statements do not accord with those records-, or
the financial statements do not comply with the accounting requirements of section 396 of the 2006 Act other
than any requirement that the accounts give a tNe and fair Mew which is not a matter considered as part of an
Independent examination,. or
the financial statements have not been prepared In accordance wlth the methods and princlples of the
Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charitie5 opplicable to charities preparing
their account5 in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
(FRS 1021.
