I here now report on ihe accounts of Eagle Glen Community Pannership Limited for the year
ended 29 February 2024 as set out on pages I to 8
RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILTIES OF TRUSTEES AND FXAMfNER
The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounls. The trustees consider ihat an
audit is not required for this year under section 65 of tl)e Charities Act Northern Ireland 2008
Accounts and that an independent cxamination is needed.
14aving satisfied myself that the charity is not subject to audit and is eligible for independent
examination it is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 65 of the 2008 act
To follow the procedure laid down in the General Directions given by ihe Charity
Commission Northern Ireland, and
To state whether particular niaiters have come to my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT
Our examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by
the Charity Commission Northern Ireland 2008. An examination includes a review of
the accounting records kept by the charily and a comparison of the accounts presented
with these records. It also includcs consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounls and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such
matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required in an audii and conscquently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts
present 'a true and fair view. and thc report is limited to those niatters sct out in the
statement below.

In the course of our examination, no niatter has come io our attention:
(l ) Which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirements .
