The company has power to do anything which is calculated to further its Objects or is conducive or incidental to doing so.  In particular, the company has power: (a)\tto provide, assist in providing or secure the provision of educational and recreational facilities for the benefit of the general public in the area of benefit; (b)\tto accept gifts and to raise funds.  In doing so, the company must not undertake any substantial permanent trading activity and must comply with any relevant statutory regulations;  (c)\tto enter into contracts to provide services to or on behalf of other bodies; (d)\tto buy, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any property and to maintain and equip it for use; (e) \tto sell, lease or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the property belonging to the company.  In exercising this power, the company must comply as appropriate with any provisions of the Charities Act for the time being in force; (f)\tto borrow money and to charge the whole or any part of the property belonging to the company as security for a grant or the discharge of an obligation.
