## **Trustees Report** 

No project activity took place during the reporting period as a result of a reorganisation of planning relating to the organsation’s public benefit and a time required to recruit additional trustees to take forward the work of the charity. 

During the period the Charity’s investment fund continued to operate with investment managers and a growth of the underlying fund assets. This investment balance at £140k at 5[th] April 2024 and income accruing from it will facilitate the work of the charity as new project plans are put into practice in coming years.
