Mccord Annual Report 22123 As a people and event based organisation, The Mccord Charity has been unable to function as intended for the 2022-23 period. In addition to the wide spread logistical issues regarding inter personal contact, a key constraint has been the unforeseen reduction in the number of trustees which has threatened the viability of the Charity. To address this key priority the remaining Trustees have been and continue, to work closely with external organisations, such as Arts and Business to identify replacement, skilled personnel. During the pandemic the focus of the Charity has been to remain financially viable. To this end the current balance is very healthy at approximately £22,250 which will provide sound financial support to realise the organisation's longer term strategic planning. As soon as the requisite Trustees are in place the main priority for the Charity will be to develop a five year strategic plan underpinned by a realistic and achievable action plan.
