## **The Current Situation** 

We are thankful that during 2025 we reached a ‘sale agreed’ status with a buyer. But considerable legal work, that associated with conveyancing, remains and is expected to take some time. 

## **Accounts** 

The annual audited statement for 2025 is appended. As in 2024 the entries in it recorded largely the costs generated by premises upkeep and security – insurance, utilities and maintenance of the site.
