## **Summary of Current Situation**

Under the heading, The Work Discontinues, our 2023 Annual Report made the following statement:

During 2023 it became clear that the efforts we had put into the work were not going to result in the development of the congregation as we had hoped and striven for. It became increasingly clear with passing weeks, that the church services of worship, suspended from September 2022, should not be re-instated, although the minister continued to work from his church study, remaining on hand for contact until February 2023. So the decision was made in July, with the consent of the members, to formally discontinue the work. Since then the building has been made available for the organisations of the denomination as we began the lengthy process of formal windup and disposal of the premises.

The process of formal wind-up and disposal of the premises continued during 2004 without reaching a conclusion regarding the disposal of the property and the process looks set to continue for some time yet.

## **Accounts**

The annual audited statement for 2024 is appended. The entries in it recorded largely the

costs generated by premises upkeep and security – insurance, utilities and maintenance of the site.

## **Conclusion**

Our 2023 Annual Report recorded the thanks due to various people and our good wishes to Richhill and its communities.
