The ManLoement Committee present their report and the financial statements for the vear ended 31 August

To promote the mle of junior football in the communtty and to prove that football can have a POSTtive
influence on the health and wellbeing of the young people in our city. Our players train from the age 4 up to
the16+.
Management Committee
The members of the charity for the purp)s¢s of charity law and throughout this report are collectively referred

The members have assessed the major risks to wliich the &ssociation is exposed. in particular those related to
the operations and finances of the association, and are satisfied that systems are in place to mitigate the
exposure to the major risks.

Members Responslbllities In Relation To The FinaDcial St8tements
I'he members are responsible for preparing the Committee'5 Annual Report and the financial statements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standard5 (United Kingdom Genernlly
Accepted Accounting Practice).
The law applicable to charities in Northern Ireland requires the members to prepare financial statements for
each financial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the in¢oming
resources and application of resources of the charity for that period. In preparing these financial statements,
the members are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently;
- observ¢ the methods and principles in the Charities SORP 2019 (FRS 102).
- make judgem¢nts and estimates that are reasonable and prudeftt:
state whether applicable accounting standards have been follow￿ subject to any material dq)artures
disclosed and explained in the financial statements"
prepare the finEuici21 statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to prcsume tliat tlie
charity will continue in business.

The members are responsible for keeping proper accounting record5 that disclose with reasonable accuracv at
any time the financial position of the charity and enai)le them to ensuTe that the financial statements complv
with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, the Charities Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 and the
provisions of the trust doed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for
takiiig reasonable steps for the prevent70n and detection of fraud and other i￿egular1t5es.
