The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 6512)

Basis of independent examiners report
My examination wascarried out in accordance with thegeneral directionsgiven by the
Charitycommission.
An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by thecharity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as
trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provideall the
evidencethat would berequired in an audit and consequently no opinion isgiven asto
whether the accounts present a 'trueand fairview, and the report is limited to those matters
set out in the next statement.
Independent examinersstatement
In connection with my examination. no matter has cometo my attention:
I which gives me reasonable causeto believe that in any material respect the
requirements -to keep accounting records In accordancewith section 386 of the
CompaniesAct 2006 and
to prepare accounts which accord with theaccounting records ani
complywith theaccounting requirementsof section 396 of the
CompaniesAct 2006 and with the methods and principles of the
Charities Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to
charities preparingtheir accounts in accordancewith the Financii
Reportingstandard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
