Independent examlner's report to the charlty trustees of Headhunters Rallway Museum I report on the accounts of the Museum for the year ended 31st December 2022, which are set out on pages 1-2. Respertlve responslblllties of Charlty trustees and examlner As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the account in accordance wlth the Charlties Act (Northern Ireland) 2W8. It Ss my responsibility to= examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures lald down in the general Directions given by the Commission under sectlon 65[91(b) of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Bas15 of Independent examlner's report I have examlned your charity accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charltles Art and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 6519}(b) of the Charities Act. My examinatlon included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and compari50n of the account5 presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual Items of disc105ures In the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charlty trustees concernlng any such matters. My role is to state whether any materlal matters have corne to my attentlon 8iving me cause to belleve: l. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accounting requirements of the Charltle5 Act. 4. That there 15 further Information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
